Frequently Asked Questions
This varies greatly depending on your individual situation and goals. Some clients find significant relief in 4–6 sessions; others benefit from longer-term work over several months. We review progress regularly and you are always in control of how long you continue.
Sessions take place via secure video call. You will receive a link before your appointment. All you need is a private space and a stable internet connection. Research consistently shows that online therapy is as effective as in-person sessions.
I ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged at 50% of the session fee. Cancellations can be made via the link in your confirmation email.
